Mr. Jean-Marc Soula is CNES’ principle Member Agency Representative to the CCSDS.

Mr. Soula began his career with CNES Toulouse approximately 20 years ago, and since has occupied various leadership positions within the CNES Operations Directorate.  In 1997, Mr. Soula became head of the Ground Network Operations Department and in 2002, he became head of the Ground Network division.  Most recently, in 2004, Mr. Soula was made advisor to the Director for Ground Segment Operations.

Mr. Soula holds an Engineering degree from L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications.
