in Heppenheim, Germany,
from 1st October - 5th October 2007 .

Meeting Location
for Plenary/WG meetings (Oct 1-5):
The hotel is located in Heppenheim besides a
lake, 30 Km south of Darmstadt, 60 Km south of
Frankfurt. It has 70 rooms and ESA has
negotiated the following price, which includes
breakfast and the lunch from Monday to Friday.
The total price is ca. 81 € - $105 US (taxes
included). The meeting site will also have
wireless access around the clock (from 1st Oct
08:00 hrs until 5th October 20:00 hrs).

Hotel Registration is being supported be the ESA /
ESOC secretary (Mrs Angelika Slade).

Attendees are encouraged to stay at the Bruchsee hotel if
possible. Since the Bruchsee has limited space, ESA/ESOC will
arrange alternative hotels, and will provide transportation to
the meeting site. In any case, the point of contact for hotel
reservations is still Angelika Slade at the address above.
Also, ESA is arranging lunch, but it
comes with the hotel room, not the conference. If
you are staying outside the hotel, it will cost
about 55 Euros for the week to eat lunch at the
hotel, and there are no other convenient places
nearby. This must be paid when you check in.
In order to ensure there is sufficient food for all attendees,
if you have not booked a room at the Bruchsee hotel but plan to
have lunch there during the week, please inform Angelika Slade
using the email address above.

Darmstadt, but they are currently reporting that
they are fully booked that week because of important
events in Frankfurt. Therefore, for this meetings,
