Table B-1
We checked the B1 GENERATOR MATRIX CIRCULANT TABLE, and we foud that the B1 GENERATOR MATRIX CIRCULANT has no relationship with the parity matrix in Fig.6-1.
It is easy to verify our review by H*G^T not equal zero!
The problem is that the parity matrix in Fig.6-1 is not full rank, which will lead to a larger generator matrix instead of that in Table B-1.

The asterisked note to the convocoder-only case listed in the table of Figure 2-2 allows the data system designer discretion in using the recommended pseudo-randomizer. I have discussed this with Victor Sank and we agree that the pseudo-randomizer should be required in this case as in all the other cases presented. See attached email.
