We are a small business providing   consulting in Aerospace Engineering, Systems for Space, Network Engineering and Communications Enginering fields; Since 2015 we have been buy designing scalable smallsat electric propulsion systems, smallsat radar, PNT beacons, independent space vehicles and are nearing minimum viable prototypes and thus need to adjust for relevant standards for higher TIRL. Our  work as a whole represents the next generation of space systems R&D after our teams pioneering work  at GWU as students for Micro-Cathode Arc Thruster (Canyval-X NASA/Yonsei/GWU), Bricsat-P (USNA/GWU 2015), patents in the field of pulsed control of high energy space subsystems and an 2011 novel invention of a persistent broadband linear-circular commutating communications network architecture between earth/mars and earth/moon and earth/deep space, conference papers and journal articles and commercial fixed-satellite and terrestrial microwave engineering products. The company has in-house 100+ man-years of expertise in the above mentioned areas. Our principals have contributed to FCC ITU Working group 7B and ANSI or IEEE standards process. Our interest is to explore resources to develop eart/space ommunications and timing infrastructure to accomodate complex commercial missions.

D3TN offers research and development support for network protocols and architectures with a specific focus on solutions for challenged networks. Due to the solid background in satellite networking technologies, the company is able to support and drive research and development projects to push the state-of-the-art in this domain forward. D3TN helps to enhance communication architectures and protocols and to develop dedicated solutions for niche areas. Furthermore, D3TN offers specific courses and trainings covering classical Internet protocols and technologies as well as currently discussed upcoming communication approaches. In order to support concrete projects and to setup practically useful communication infrastructures, D3TN has developed several tools and software products offered partially under free software licences. Besides L1-L7 protocol stacks, the company can provide software for simulating challenged networks with a specific focus on the space domain. Members of the D3TN team have developed the Micro-D3TN (uD3TN) protocol stack which was flight-tested during the ESA OPS-SAT mission. Additionally, the team has worked on ESA's COLDSUN project to provide an approach for low-cost data transfer from underwater networks to the Internet leveraging satellite networks. In general, solid practical know-how in developing prototypes and analyse their applicability in field tests is present in the company.
