The Tracking Data Message (TDM) Recommended Standard specifies a standard message format for use in exchanging spacecraft tracking data between space agencies. The CCSDS Recommended Standard for Encapsulation Service specifies a communications service to be used by space missions to transfer protocol data units that are not directly transferred by the Space Data Link Protocols over a ground-to-space or space-to-space communications link. The current update removes the Space Packet from available encapsulation formats, changes the name from Encapsulation Service to Encapsulation Packet Protocol, and adds the Unified Space Data Link Protocol to supported the Space Data Link protocols.

This Recommended Standard defines the Tracking Data Cross Support Transfer Service (TD-CSTS), which allows a spaceflight mission to receive periodic measurements of certain tracking data as soon as they are generated by a Cross Support Complex or anytime thereafter.

The XML Telemetric and Command Exchange (XTCE) data specification provides an information model and data exchange format for telemetry and commanding in all phases of the a spacecraft, payload, and ground segment life cycle: system design, development, test, validation, and mission operations. The current CCSDS issue is version 1.2 of the specification as published by the Object Management Group (OMG) in January 2019.

This Recommended Standard specifies a standard message format to be used in the exchange of spacecraft re-entry information between Space Situational Awareness (SSA) or Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) data providers, satellite owners/operators, and other parties. These messages can be used to inform spacecraft owners/operators of predicted re-entries or warn civil protection agencies about potential ground impacts.

This Report contains technical material to supplement the CCSDS Recommended Standards for spacecraft navigation data. The topics covered include radiometric data content, spacecraft ephemeris, planetary ephemeris, tracking station locations, coordinate systems, and attitude data. This Report deals explicitly with the technical definitions and conventions associated with interagency cross-support situations involving the transfer of ephemeris, tracking, and attitude data. The current issue brings the Green Book up to date with the current issue of Orbit Data Messages (CCSDS 502.0-B-2) as well as the new Recommended Standards for Tracking Data Message and Attitude Data Messages (CCSDS 503.0-B1 and CCSDS 504.0-B-1, respectively).

This Informational Report describes the theoretical aspects of and discusses trade-offs and system performance for the navigation technique known as Delta Differential One-Way Ranging (Delta-DOR). Such missions would benefit from employing transmitters using a state-of-the-art air interface that exploits link adaption, that is, achieves high spectral efficiency by adjusting the modulation and coding to the link budget.
