Spring Meetings 2013 Information Overview
Overview:
Hosted by the French Space Agency (CNES), the CCSDS Spring 2013 meeting series will be held outside Bordeaux, France. The main technical meeting
series will be held April 15 - April 18, 2013 and will be followed by the CESG Meeting which will be held on April 19, 2013. The CCSDS Management
meetings will take place the following week April 22 - April 24, 2013. Note that the CESG and CMC meetings are for members only.
As always, Dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.
The following week the CCSDS Management Meetings will be held April 7 - April 9, 2014.
Meeting Location:
The meetings will take place at the Aerocampus Aquitaine in Latresne, just outside of the Bordeaux city center. The address to that location is the

Accommodations:
Aerocampus Aquitaine has a very few sleeping rooms for those who wish to stay on-site, in walking distance, instead of in local towns, requiring
transportation. The cost is 48 Euros per night, including breakfast. These will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. However, please
consider that some attendees will need to be on-site because of inability to use rental cars or difficulty with public transportation. If you are
very comfortable using such transportation, please consider staying elsewhere so that priority can be given to attendees who need to be within
walking distance. When these few rooms are all occupied, that notice will be posted on the CCSDS website.
Technical Editors Bootcamp:
The CCSDS Secretariat will be holding a training bootcamp in CCSDS document-development procedures,
which is required for all CCSDS technical editors and recommended for WG chairs. Other WG participants are welcome to attend
as
space permits. Please see the registration form for dates and times.
