The meeting location is about 40 km from the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport.
From the airport it can be reached through car or taxi in 30-40 minutes (time fluctuates due to traffic).

Directions By Car:
From Rome Ringway (Grande Raccordo Anulare - G.R.A.):
Exit 20 to Romanina 2a Università di Tor Vergata (Torrenova), follow Via Vittorio Ragusa, turn left on Via Mario Pastore, and
then turn right on Via Stanford (follow Facoltà di Ingegneria - Università di Tor Vergata).
From Rome (center):
Via Tuscolana, Via Anagnina, direction Frascati (Via Tuscolana SS215) after 1.3 km keep to your right and turn on left to Via di Tor Vergata.
Directions by Metro and Bus:
From Termini railway station:
Subway line A to stop "Anagnina" (~25 min.), then bus n. 20 (until the bus stop at Via Cambridge).
From Fiumicino Airport:
By train to the Termini railway station, then follow the instructions below.
Details about Buses between ASI and the Metro (Anagnina):
The 20L express is the fastest option but only runs in the morning on weekdays. The 20 runs all day on weekdays.
The 500 runs on weekdays and on Saturday. There are no buses that run between the Metro and ASI on Sundays.

Choice of English or Italian. You can save a link to it on your screen just like an app. It has a choice of English or Italian. Go to the English
page before saving the link. It has a route planner, which is a bit easier to use than the one on their normal web page; it still needs addresses
rather than names of monuments, though. In other words, "Colosseum" won't work, but "Piazza del Colosseo" will.
This ATAC mobile site also has traffic information, parking information, and ZTL information. Even more useful for most people
is their bus waiting time function. You can enter an address, or a bus stop ID (found on the sign), or even a route number. If you enter an
address, it will show you all the nearby bus stops and which buses stop there. Click on one of the bus routes, and it will show you the whole route
and where the buses are right now. Click on one of the buses, and it will tell you how long it will take to reach each stop, so you can decide
whether it's worth running to the bus stop.
If you enter a bus stop number, it will tell you which buses stop there, and how long it will take each of them to arrive.
If you enter a route number, it shows you a little diagram of the route, with an indication of what stops the buses are at.
If you click on one of the buses, it will estimate how long it will take to get to all the upcoming stops. If you click on one of the stops, it
will tell you how long it will take the next bus to get there, not only the bus on the route you requested, but all the other buses that stop
there. This link can really help you make better use of the bus system.

ASI Headquarters:
ASI Headquarters is composed of different buildings devoted to different functions.
In the picture below, the two main buildings are noted, which will host the meetings (Auditorium and Building
"l").
- The Auditorium is able to host up to 374 people, and will be used for the opening and closing plenary sessions.
- Building "l" will host all of the technical and management meetings.
