Fall Meetings 2022 Information Overview

CCSDS Fall 2022 Meetings will be held in-person.

Overview

Hosted by CNES, the CCSDS Fall 2022 meeting series will be held in Toulouse, France. The dates will be as follows:

- Main Technical Meetings: 17-21 October 2022
- CESG Meeting: 24 October 2022
- CMC, CESG, ISO Meetings: 25-27 October 2022

As always, Dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.

Meeting Location & Hotel Reservations

The Fall 2022 meetings will take place at two nearby hotels (walking distance) in Toulouse, France. CNES encourages all attendees to stay at one of these hotels, and have provided room blocks for both locations.

Technical Editors Bootcamp

On Friday, October 21, from 08:45-12:30, there will be a Techincal Editor Bootcamp in CCSDS document-development procedures, which is required for all CCSDS technical editors and recommended for WG chairs and new CCSDS members. Other WG participants are welcome to attend.

Lunches

CNES will provide daily lunches for all registrants. During meeting registration you will be asked for any dietary requirements.

Social Events

Cocktail party for all participants.
The social events will start at 18:30 until approximately 22:00. On Wednesday, October 19, they will take place at the Mercure hotel, and on Wednesday, October 26, at the Novotel hotel.

Parking

Public parking is 13 € per day.
