Spring Meetings 2023 Information Overview

CCSDS Spring 2023 Meetings will be held in-person.

Overview

The CCSDS Spring 2023 meeting series will be hosted by NASA and held in Huntsville, AL - USA. The dates will be as follows:

- Main Technical Meetings: 08-12 May 2023
- CESG Meeting: 15-16 May 2023
As always the dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.

Travel Information

Huntsville Internation Airport (HSV)
HSV has nonstop service to ten destinations, including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, and two airports in Washington D.C. – Dulles and National. The airport is quick, easy to navigate, and convenient to all the attractions and businesses in North Alabama. HSV offers nonstop service to ten destinations through our carriers: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, and United Airlines.

Technical Editors Bootcamp

The CCSDS Secretariat will be holding a training bootcamp in CCSDS document-development procedures, which is required for all CCSDS technical editors and recommended for WG chairs. Other WG participants are welcome to attend as space permits. Please see the registration form for dates and times.
