Fall Meetings 2024 Information Overview

CCSDS Fall 2024 Meetings will be held in-person.

Overview

The CCSDS Fall 2024 meeting series will be hosted by UKSA and held in London, United Kingdom

The dates will be as follows:

- Main Technical Meetings: 04-08 November 2024
- CESG Meeting: 11-12 November 2023
- CMC, Joint CMC/CESG & ISO Meetings: 13 November 2023

As always the dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.

Meeting Location

The Fall 2024 meetings will take place at at two locations. The address and the names for those locations are the following:

Hotel Reservations

The Secretariat is working with UKSA to obtain room blocks for local hotels around the meetings. We will update this area once that information is made available.

Meeting Registration

Formal online Meeting Registration will open in early September. All attendees will require a CCSDS CWE login to register and attend.

Lunches

UKSA will provide lunch free of charge every day for both the technical and Management meetings.

Social Event

UKSA will be hosting a reception on the evening of Wednesday, 06 November, at the Lord's Cricket Ground. RSVPs will be required during the online registration process.

Technical Editors Bootcamp

The CCSDS Secretariat will be holding a training bootcamp in CCSDS document-development procedures, which is required for all CCSDS technical editors and recommended for WG chairs. Other WG participants are welcome to attend as space permits. Please see the registration form for dates and times.
