The Management Council of the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) has authorized the publication, and requests Agency review, of the following document:

This Recommended Standard defines the Monitored Data Cross Support Transfer Service (CSTS), which allows a spaceflight mission to receive cyclic reports on, and to query the current values of, the parameters that are pertinent to cross support services being provided by a Cross Support Complex. The Monitored Data service also allows a spaceflight mission to receive notifications of the occurrence of events of interest associated with the services that are being provided by a Cross Support Complex. The current draft update brings the specification up to date with issue 2 of the CSTS Specification Framework, CCSDS 921.1-B-2.

Member and Observer Agencies are requested to send their sets of review comments to the CCSDS Review Coordinator with a copy to the CCSDS Secretariat. Each review comment should be submitted on a separate Review Item Disposition (RID) form. Submission of RIDs in electronic form is preferred.
