Rusheng Zhang

China National Space Administration

Mr. Rusheng Zhang is CNSA’s principle Member Agency Representative to the CCSDS.

Zhang graduated from the HARBIN Institute of Technology in 1997, and then he obtained a Master of Space Engineering degree. Since 2002, he worked in the China National Space Administration on the management of space project. He is currently the Deputy Division Director of the Department of System Engineering at CNSA.
